5. Hosting Policy

Initial Hosting

Canon Mails 2.0 can initially be run on the company's hosting for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating stability.

Hosting Decision

The company will decide at its sole discretion:

  • Whether to allow the user to continue using the company's hosting, or
  • Whether the user must provide their own dedicated hosting.

This decision can be made at the time of purchase or at any time later.

User-Provided Hosting

If the user is required to provide their own hosting:

  • The user will purchase the hosting themselves.
  • The Canon Mails team will have 100% administrative access to the hosting.
  • The user will not be given direct access to the hosting.
  • The user will only have access to the Canon Mails 2.0 dashboard.

This policy is in place to ensure the security of the software and to protect intellectual property.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

  • Canon Mails 2.0 is a proprietary PHP-based software.
  • Copying, reverse engineering, extracting the code, or redistributing it is strictly prohibited.
  • Any unauthorized attempt will result in immediate termination of the license without any notice.

The user must not use the tool for spam, illegal marketing, phishing, fraud, malware distribution, or any other unlawful activity.

The company has the right to:

  • Suspend the account

if any abuse is detected.

8. Monitoring & Compliance

The company has the right to monitor system performance and user compliance.

If a user's activity puts the system's reputation at risk, the company may take immediate action.

9. Modification of Terms

The company may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on the website or dashboard.

10. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the software, once access is granted, no refunds will be provided unless the company explicitly approves it.
